A Legal Disclaimer

Black Diamond Coach & Limousine is not liable for accidents, injuries, delays, or damages during service. Guests are responsible for their own actions and must be 21+ to consume alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or disruptive behavior, and additional fees may apply for damages, cleaning, or overtime. All bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions listed below.

Welcome to Black Diamond Coach & Limousine. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Reservations & Payment

All reservations require a valid credit or debit card on file.
Full payment must be made prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.
By booking, you authorize Black Diamond Coach & Limousine to charge the card you provide for services rendered, additional time, cleaning fees, or damages (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a fee equal to 15% of the total trip cost.

Passenger Conduct

All passengers must be 21 or older if consuming alcohol.
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully.
The primary signer of the reservation is responsible for the conduct of all passengers.

Black Diamond Coach & Limousine is not liable for injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption, reckless behavior, or misconduct by passengers.

Prohibited Items & Behavior

Smoking, vaping, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Weapons or hazardous materials are not permitted.
Excessive mess, vomiting, or damage to the vehicle will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee or repair charges billed to the card on file.

Service Limitations

Black Diamond Coach & Limousine reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group engaging in unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Black Diamond Coach & Limousine.

Liability

While we take every measure to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Black Diamond Coach & Limousine and its employees are not liable for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during service.

Agreement

By booking with Black Diamond Coach & Limousine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
