Black Diamond Coach and Limousine
About Us
Wherever. Whenever.
What started as a simple idea — providing transportation that feels like an experience, not just a ride — has grown into one of St. Augustine’s most trusted and talked-about private transportation companies.
Founded by Caleb Jarrard, a St. Augustine local and lifelong entrepreneur, Black Diamond Coach & Limousine was built on three things: reliability, class, and community.
Caleb’s journey in business began at Pedro Menendez High School, where he joined the VyStar Academy of Business. That program became the foundation for his passion for entrepreneurship. During his sophomore year, Caleb founded and launched Menendez Merch — a student-led merchandise store and vending program that quickly became one of the top-performing high school ventures in the country. By the start of his junior year, the store was fully operational, and Caleb managed every aspect of the business, from sales and marketing to daily operations and inventory.
This hands-on experience in leadership and real-world business management sparked his drive to take his passion beyond the classroom — and led to the creation of Black Diamond Coach & Limousine.

The idea for Black Diamond Coach & Limousine started quietly — something I kept to myself for a while. I wasn’t sure what it would become, but I knew I wanted to create something different, something that could stand out and bring people together.
One evening, while browsing the Great Expectations Realty St. Johns County Surplus Auction, I stumbled across an old bus listed online. To most people, it looked worn out, past its prime — but I saw potential. The day before the auction, I went to see it in person. The next morning, I placed my bid. What others saw as a broken-down vehicle, I saw as a blank canvas for something great.
Bus #146 became the foundation for Black Diamond — soon to be repainted in sleek black, with new seats and a vision to match.

Community Involvement
As a locally owned and operated business, we take pride in giving back to the same community that gave us our start. You’ll find us supporting local schools, fundraisers, and community events across St. Augustine year-round — including Trunk-or-Treat celebrations, school festivals, and the Hastings Main Street Christmas Parade.
These events are more than just appearances — they’re opportunities to celebrate the community that supports us and to help bring people together through safe, memorable experiences.
